In under 45 days we hired and onboarded a highly effective team of six analysts. Through our comprehensive core training program, we quickly got the team qualified in technical and regulatory compliance, enabling them to support finished product release and stability testing on-site. The team cleared the client’s backlog and began meeting timelines. Using PSS to relieve the pressure on the client’s staff helped improve overall employee retention and save time and money.
