We define the scope of work with you.

A PSS® manager takes care of all implementation steps: recruitment, onboarding, site training, health & safety, and workflow.

PSS® manager then agrees service metrics and KPIs with you.

Proactively collaborate with you to strategise and agree upon service metrics and forecasting needs.
